Patrick Clancy confirmed that both his and her families, friends, school staff, and a nanny were all helping Lindsay with her three toddlers (2 of which went to preschool) contradicting claims that she didn’t have any help and “everyone failed her”
Clancy strangled Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan to de*th.
Patrick Clancy: “Both our parents were trying to help as much as they could.”
“We had friends in town, dropping off meals.” You know, people, at the kids’ school, were aware of it, and they were trying to be helpful.”
“There were people who were trying to help us out. When you have that support, when you have people rooting for you, it can be helpful.”
Lindsay k*lled her three kids after sending Patrick on errands that prosecutors say were meticulously timed out, to give her enough time to carry out her pre-meditated plan to m*rder the kids.
While he was gone she took the three children to the basement and used exercise bands to strangle them one by one.
She then gave herself superficial cuts, and jumped from a second-story window that was about 12-15 feet high.
Callan survived then suffered for four days before dying in the hospital in Patrick’s arms.
Patrick said that Lindsay never asked him for forgiveness.
