WADE WILSON’S DE@TH ROW NIGHTMARE EXPOSED — THE “ᴅᴇᴀᴅPOOL KIL-LER” REMAINS TRAPPED IN FLORIDA’S HIGH-SECURITY SYSTEM!hl

Wade Wilson remains on Florida’s dєatᩚh row nearly two years after receiving two dєatᩚh sentences for the 2019 murders of Kristine Melton and Diane Ruiz.

The latest legal developments show why his exє𝔠uti☉n is not imminent. In February 2026, Wilson’s case reached oral argument before the Florida Supreme Court. His attorneys challenged his dєatᩚh sentences, including issues surrounding Florida’s revised capital-sentencing law. The court ultimately left the convictions and dєatᩚh sentences intact.

Then came another setback: in February, Wilson’s attorneys halted their challenge in the Florida Supreme Court, citing recent precedent. But that did not mean the legal battle was over. His lawyers have indicated they intend to pursue further avenues, potentially including review by the U.S. Supreme Court.

For now, Wilson remains incarcerated at Union Correctional Insтιтution in Raiford, where Florida houses its male dєatᩚh-row population. No exє𝔠uti☉n date has been publicly scheduled for him.

That distinction is especially important as Florida accelerates executions. The state carried out its 14th exє𝔠uti☉n of 2026 on September 1, while another exє𝔠uti☉n is scheduled for September 10.

So while Florida’s dєatᩚh chamber is increasingly active, Wilson remains locked in a very different kind of countdown: a legal process with no announced endpoint.

His case also continues to attract extraordinary public attention because of the internet phenomenon surrounding the man dubbed the “ᴅᴇᴀᴅpool 𝘬iᩚller.” But behind the viral fascination is a far more consequential reality: two murder convictions, two dєatᩚh sentences and an appellate process that could determine whether those sentences ultimately survive consтιтutional review.

For now, the answer is clear:

Wade Wilson has not been executed. He remains on dєatᩚh row, his dєatᩚh sentences remain in force, and his legal fight is not finished.

The next decisive chapter will likely be written in the courts—not behind the doors of Florida’s exє𝔠uti☉n chamber.
