The “queen bee” cheerleader accused of orchestrating her 16-year-old boyfriend’s murder is now begging a South Carolina judge to ease her bond restrictions — so she can live on campus at college, a report said.
Gianna Kistenmacher, 18, is seeking the removal of her court-ordered GPS monitor and overnight curfew — along with permission to get back on social media — while facing accessory-to-murder charges for Trey Wright’s gruesome śh́óóting dєatᩚh in June 2025, according to ABC News 15.
Her lawyer claimed during a court appearance this week that his client wants to apply to other colleges outside of the local one she currently attends while residing at her family home in Myrtle Beach — and hopes to eventually live on campus, the outlet reported.

Wright’s grieving grandmother, Brenda Gore, ripped Kistenmacher as a “little miss entitled bitch” in a scathing Facebook post after the hearing.
“Gianna wants to go to the college of her choice. Trey wasn’t given a choice or he would have chose to live his life,” Gore wrote.
The accused cheerleader has been allowed to live at home since July 2025.
She had been on full-time house arrest until the court gave her a 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew starting in February.
Kistenmacher is also seeking the court’s permission to use social-media again — but only to see college announcements and other student alerts, not to post, according to her lawyer and a motion filed in the case.
Her lawyer argued in court this week that his client has earned the extra liberties by fully cooperating with prosecutors as they pursue cases against the other eight defendants charged in Wright’s murder.

That agreement does not mean that Kistenmacher will be given a plea deal – just that prosecutors must limit how they use her statements against her, ABC News 15 reported.
The grisly series of events kicked off June 24, 2025, when Wright got into an online feud over Kistenmacher with 19-year-old Devan Raper, telling the older teen he didn’t like him hanging out with her, according to Court TV.
Kistenmacher, Raper and the rest of the group then piled into a car and drove to Johnsonville, SC, where Wright lived.

There, Raper allegedly fired two fatal śh́óts at the boyfriend as he walked up to the vehicle, the outlet reported.
It’s not clear why Kistenmacher — who Wright’s family called the “queen bee” of the 𝘬iᩚller group — would have allegedly sided with Raper and his gang in the heinous crime.
Kistenmacher and Wright’s families were both present during her Monday hearing, which ended without the judge making a decision on the defense’s requests.
It was not immediately clear when she will appear in court next.
Gore added in her Facebook post, “Why did these 9 pieces of s–t get to decide Trey’s future and think they have rights to continue to live a life of luxury.
“They deserve to be in jail now,” the post read.
“I hate you all for taking away a child I loved…they should be locked up forever.”
Gore also blasted Braylyn Thompson and Jaden Auclaire — both 18-year-olds accused of being involved in Wright’s murder — who landed back behind bars this week for allegedly violating their house arrest orders and committing more crimes, according to WPDE.
“These two out breaking the law again should they be allowed to stay out on bond until they 𝘬iᩚll someone else [sic],” Gore wrote.
