A longtime friend and former neighbor recalled growing up alongside Gregory. Their parents worked at a chapel, and the two boys attended the same small Christian school.

The Learjet 60 departed Austin, Texas, on November 1, bound for North Eleuthera Airport in the Bahamas.

There were nine people aboard: two crew members and seven passengers.

The cause of the 𝔠r𝘢sh also remains under investigation. Federal investigators are examining the aircraft, weather conditions and the crew’s final actions.

NINE LIVES LOST IN THE FLORIDA 𝔠r𝘢sh

The seven passengers were identified by their families as:

In a joint statement, the families described Adam and Helen as devoted parents and their two young children as the light of their lives.

Anita Maria Cetina was remembered for caring for Emma and Charlie with tenderness and devotion. Rachael Reed and Charmi Fehr were also remembered for their love of adventure and the people closest to them.

The families expressed gratitude to first responders and the local community while asking for privacy as they mourn.
