Philadelphia Beauty Salon 𝘬iᩚller Captured on Bus After Brutal Attack Left One Woman Dead and Two Others Assaulted

A man accused of carrying out a horrific attack inside a Philadelphia beauty salon, 𝘬iᩚlling one woman and sexually assaulting two others, has finally been captured after several days on the run.
Jamal Pistoria, 33, was arrested by SEPTA police at approximately 1 a.m. on Friday, November 6, while riding a public bus along South Broad Street.
His arrest followed a 911 call from a member of the public who recognized him and provided authorities with the bus route number and other information.
Pistoria had been wanted in connection with a violent attack at ABBA Blessed Beauty Salon on Stenton Avenue in Philadelphia’s West Oak Lane neighborhood on November 2.
The attack left 34-year-old Bellaniri Ofelia Hernandez Camill dead and two other women injured.
Six minutes of terror inside the salon
According to investigators, Pistoria entered the salon at around 2 p.m. and approached an employee working near the cash register.
He allegedly pulled out a gun and forced her into a back room, where two other female employees were already present.
Prosecutors said he fired a shot into the ceiling before locking the door and attacking the three women, who were aged 33, 34 and 44.
The victims were allegedly beaten and pistol-whipped. One woman was also sexually assaulted.
During the attack, Pistoria suddenly shot Hernandez Camill multiple times, despite investigators saying she had not appeared to provoke or confront him.
She was rushed to Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital but was pronounced dead at 2:35 p.m.
Two survivors fought back against their attacker
Prosecutors described how the two surviving women eventually realized Pistoria’s gun had run out of ammunition.
They then fought back and managed to overpower him, forcing him to flee the salon.
Before leaving, he allegedly attempted to steal the cash register but dropped it, escaping with only a small amount of money.
Surveillance footage later helped investigators identify him. Cameras reportedly captured him walking through the neighborhood and purchasing a drink at a nearby convenience store with his face uncovered shortly after the attack.
Police said they did not believe Pistoria knew the women and described the assault as seemingly random.
A 911 call leads police to the suspect
After days of searching, authorities received a call from a member of the public who spotted Pistoria aboard a SEPTA bus.
Officers located the vehicle on South Broad Street and arrested him without incident.
Philadelphia police confirmed that he is expected to face charges including murder, attempted murder and assault, along with other related offenses.
The arrest brought an end to the immediate search for a suspect whose alleged actions had left the neighborhood shaken.
A family left devastated
Hernandez Camill was a married mother of two who had moved to Philadelphia with her husband in search of better opportunities.
Her husband, Francis Acosta Santos, said the couple had been working hard to build a better future for their family, including a dream home in the Dominican Republic.
She had reportedly worked long hours at the salon while saving money and taking classes to become a hairstylist.
Her dєatᩚh has left her husband and children facing an unimaginable loss.
The salon’s owner, Arisleidy Pérez Gil, was also seriously injured and reportedly required surgery on her arm.
For the surviving women and the victim’s family, Pistoria’s arrest marks an important development, but the devastating consequences of the attack will remain long after the investigation moves forward.

Pistoria remains accused of the crimes and is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
