Wild footage captured a Florida dad dropping his baby and toddler into swamp water while fleeing from cops after a drunken car wreck.

Terrifying bodycam and drone footage posted by the department showed the moment cops responded to the 𝔠r𝘢sh and noticed two child safety seats inside the car — springing them into a wild chase to find Kinsey and his kids.

Kinsey was seen in a drone video running through a wooded, swampy area while carrying his children, falling multiple times as he tried to navigate the difficult terrain in complete darkness. Alligators are known to live in the region.

The dad’s frequent stumbles caused him to drop the infant and tot into standing water, the heart-pounding clip showed.

Cops desperately navigated the dense marshland and eventually took Kinsey into custody, rescuing the two children, according to the video.

“Where are you? Come out this way, come out this way!” one officer could be heard yelling while aiming a flashlight toward the alleged deadbeat dad.

“Give me the baby! Give me the baby now!” the officer told Kinsey before reaching out and grabbing one of the crying children.

Both kids were taken to a local hospital and treated for injuries. Kinsey was also taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.

Kinsey allegedly admitted to officers that he was intoxicated and that his driver’s license was suspended when he crashed his car with his children on board.

“This incident could have ended with the loss of two innocent lives. “There is no excuse for impaired driving. We are thankful these children survived and proud of the officers whose actions helped prevent an even greater tᩚraɢedy.”
