🚨⚖️ ELIZABETH SIDERS APPEARS IN COURT PREGNANT — FACES 23 CRIMINAL CHARGES

Elizabeth Siders appeared in a Vinton County courtroom Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to all 23 charges filed against her.

Siders is currently pregnant and remains in custody as she faces allegations stemming from two separate investigations.

The charges include:

• 2 counts of 𝘴єxual battery
• 2 counts of unlawful 𝘴єxual conduct with a minor
• 2 second-degree felony counts of child endangerment
• 10 third-degree felony counts of child endangerment
• 7 misdemeanor counts of child endangerment

According to the indictment, the 𝘴єxual-offense allegations involve a minor who was reportedly 13 to 15 years old at the time. Prosecutors allege the conduct occurred between January and September 2022 and identify Siders as the child’s aunt.

But those allegations are separate from the case involving 16 children removed from a Hamden, Ohio, home on June 30.

A judge has now added another $250,000 bond in the 𝘴єxual-offense case.

Combined with the previously ordered $300,000 bond in the child-endangerment case, Siders’ total bond now stands at $550,000.

Her attorney asked the court to reduce the combined amount to $250,000, arguing that Siders does not have the financial ability to post the larger bond.

The judge declined.

Siders and other remaining defendants have also requested competency evaluations. Her attorney said Wednesday that Siders’ evaluation report had not yet been filed.

For now, she remains behind bars.

And despite the number and seriousness of the charges, every allegation remains unproven in court. Siders has pleaded not guilty and is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
