When the 2021 wedding of Abby Hensel and Josh Bowling became public in March 2024, the volume of commentary, speculation, and invasive questions online rose sharply. The twins, who share a single body and have navigated public interest since childhood, responded with a series of short social-media posts rather than formal statements. One TikTok caption simply read “The internet is extra LOUD today.

We have always been around,” accompanied by hashtags that included references to love and marriage. A follow-up clip paired stills from their wedding with reaction sH๏τs from Monsters, Inc. and two eyeroll emojis. In another video they stood with Bowling while a voiceover stated, “This is a message to all the haters out there. If you don’t like what I do but watch everything I’m doing, you’re still a fan.” These posts were widely circulated and interpreted by many viewers as a deliberate, light-hearted pushback against speculation about the logistics of their shared physical life and the dynamics of the new marriage. The sisters also shared additional wedding footage, including their first dance, which quickly accumulated views.

At the same time, fact-checkers such as Snopes addressed a separate wave of fabricated screensH๏τs claiming the twins had posted explicit details about their Sєx lives; those images were shown to be altered or entirely invented and were not connected to any real account controlled by the family. The overall pattern was consistent with the approach the Hensels have taken for more than a decade: limited, self-directed sharing of positive moments while declining to answer the more intrusive questions that inevitably arise when their private choices become public.

In August 2025 pH๏τographers captured Abby and Brittany Hensel carrying a newborn in a car seat while running ordinary errands in Minnesota. The images immediately generated online speculation that Abby and Josh Bowling had welcomed a child. A TikTok account that had previously posted older family pH๏τographs then shared one of the new images with the caption “Blessed,” which many viewers treated as confirmation. Bowling responded directly to People and other outlets in early September 2025, stating that the account was not owned or operated by his wife or by the twins. He said he believed the account had obtained many of its earlier pH๏τos from his mother’s Facebook page and that the twins had never maintained a TikTok presence.
