“Looksmaxxing” influencer Clavicular brought a barking dog to his court appearance Thursday before pleading not guilty to charges that he ɾap̶єḋ a 17-year-old girl.
Internet personality Braden Peters, 20, wore an ill-fitting black suit and glasses as he arrived at Orleans District Court on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, for his arraignment in connection with an alleged rαp̰̃є in Chatham, MA, in 2025.
He walked a cream dog on a leash that growled at reporters as he entered the courthouse.

The controversial influencer, born in Hoboken, New Jersey, did not respond to reporters’ questions about what happened in 2025 or whether he intended to bring the dog into court.
Peters said “come on, buddy,” referred to the dog by its name, Morris, and told the pooch to “relax” as it kept yapping.
He later posted two pictures to social media showing him holding the dog—dressed in a blue knitted sweater—in his arms.
Peters pleaded not guilty, agreed to $10,000 bail, surrendered his passport, and will not contact or post online about the alleged victim.

Peters faces charges of rαp̰̃є, drugging a victim for 𝘴єxual intercourse and procuring liquor for someone under 21.
His accuser walked into Chatham Police Department’s headquarters to report the 𝘴єxual assault allegation on June 4, WCVB reported.
She told officers she met Peters through Instagram and was later paid to make videos for social media, according to the outlet, which cited the police report.

The woman alleges she was ɾap̶єḋ by Peters on May 23, 2025, at his family’s home in Chatham, where they did a livestream, the document claims.
“Before entering his bedroom, he instructed her to lie on the livestream to say that she is 18 years old,” the officer reportedly wrote in the report. “He also instructed her to say that the alcohol is water, so that neither his Twitch account nor live stream gets banned.”
The alleged victim told police she became “really drunk” after consuming vodka.
She said she fell asleep in Peters’ bed — before waking up to him allegedly having 𝘴єx with her without consent, the report claims.

“I asked … if she said anything to him as he was on top, to which she stated, ‘No. I was, like, in shock’,” the cop wrote.
In footage of the Twitch stream reviewed by police, Peters and his alleged victim are seen kissing, the outlet reported.
Peters has built up an army of more than a million followers online thanks to his hours-long livestreams, in which he rates other people’s looks and discusses methods of becoming better looking, including using a hammer on his facial bones.

In a statement, Peters’ attorney, David Meier, said the influencer “categorically denies these allegations.”
“As set forth in our memorandum to the Court, in May 2025, Mr. Peters was 19 years old, the complainant was 17 years old, and they were involved in a professional and personal relationship that continued for another year,” he said.
