URGENT SEARCH FOR MISSING 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL LAST SEEN WEARING HALLOWEEN COSTUME — POLICE FEAR FOR HER SAFETY
Wiktoria disappeared from Wakefield on October 30 and may have travelled through Sheffield to Barnsley. Officers are urging anyone who may have seen her to come forward.
Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen wearing a Halloween outfit, as concerns for her welfare continue to grow.
Wiktoria was last seen at approximately 2 p.m. on Friday, October 30, in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. She was reported missing to police the following day.
South Yorkshire Police said the teenager may have travelled from Wakefield to Hillsborough, in Sheffield, and is now believed to be in Barnsley.
Officers are particularly interested in information about the Cemetery Road and Doncaster Road areas of Barnsley, where Wiktoria may currently be.
What was Wiktoria wearing when she disappeared?
Police have described Wiktoria as a white teenage girl with a slim build and long, dark brown hair.
When she was last seen, she was wearing a Halloween outfit that included:
- A gold skirt
- A green top
- Halloween makeup
Police have released an image of Wiktoria as part of their appeal and are asking members of the public to look carefully at the photograph.
Officers say they are becoming increasingly concerned about her welfare and want to hear from anyone who may have information that could help locate her.
Search extends across Yorkshire
The search has drawn attention beyond Wakefield after investigators established that Wiktoria may have travelled to Sheffield and subsequently to Barnsley.
Police are asking residents in those areas, as well as anyone who may have travelled through them, to think carefully about whether they saw a girl matching her description.
Even information that may appear insignificant could help officers establish her movements and locate her.
