The man caught in bed with a husband’s wife and kids bled to dєatᩚh after the enraged spouse allegedly stabbed him multiple times, according to a new report.
Nicholas Garcia, 28, died of “acute exsanguination” due to “multiple stab wounds,” according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, after Ismael Pinedalopez, 34, allegedly came home and m𝑢rdєred the man.
The manner of dєatᩚh is listed as “homicide” for a verification of dєatᩚh report filed on Oct. 30 and provided to The California Post.

Pinedalopez allegedly found his wife Wendy and his two-year-old and four-year-old in bed with Garcia, just wearing underwear, on Oct. 24. He then allegedly stabbed Garcia to dєatᩚh with a pocketknife.
Video from a neighbor’s home showed Anaheim police guiding the man to a patrol car after they arrested him. He’s been charged with felony murder and an additional felony enhancement allegation of personally using a diᩚadℓy w𝔢𝔞𝔭𝔬η.
He has an arraignment court date and bail review set for Dec. 1 after waiving an earlier opportunity to be arraigned, court records show.
The Post spotted Wendy out shopping with two kids. When asked for comment, she said, “I don’t want to talk about it.”

Her brother, 20-year-old Elvis Clemente, also reflected the sentiment as the family deals with the fallout from the alleged murder.
“My sister has said she doesn’t want to talk about it. It’s not a subject I want to talk about as well,” he told The Post.
A neighbor, 71-year-old Elizabeth Polanco, said Pinedalopez worked nights and Wendy worked days. Officials said Pinedalopez found his wife cheating after he came home from work early, and Polanco indicated the attack occurred around 4:15 a.m.
Polanco said she never spotted Garcia at the home. She praised Pinedalopez’s skills as a father and previously described him as a “very nice, easygoing” man.
“He was a very good father,” she said. “He was always walking in the street with the boy and the girl.”
Pinedalopez faces a maximum sentence of 26 years to life if convicted on all counts.
The investigation is ongoing, and a final coroner’s report has not been released.
