A FLIGHT THAT ENDED IN tᩚraɢedy
Authorities received a report of a small aircraft 𝔠r𝘢sh at approximately 9:20 a.m. local time on Saturday. Emergency responders reached the remote 𝔠r𝘢sh site near Swampy Pass and found all three occupants dead.
The aircraft was identified as a single-engine Piper PA-28. The rugged wilderness location presented a challenging setting for emergency crews responding to the incident.
Mark held a private pilot’s licence, according to reports citing Federal Aviation Administration records. However, investigators have not established what caused the plane to 𝔠r𝘢sh.
A FAMILY ASKING FOR PRAYERS
The boys’ aunt, Niccole Ruby Hendrickson, also shared a heartbreaking message confirming the deaths of her brother-in-law and nephews.
She asked friends and family to keep Jenni, Coen and their wider family in their thoughts and prayers as they begin to process a loss that is difficult to comprehend.
Tributes have continued to emerge from people saddened by the tᩚraɢedy, with many expressing their condolences and offering support to the grieving family.
