A scantily dressed young woman has been busted for the murder of a 74-year-old American businessman in Costa Rica — after she was seen leaving his apartment in a bra and skimpy shorts.
The suspect – only identified as a 22-year-old local, Ortiz – was nabbed Tuesday, exactly a month after California-born Marc Fleming, 74, was found beaten to dєatᩚh in his sixth-floor condo in Guanacaste, local outlet Teletica reported.

The scantily clad suspect had a reputation for meeting foreigners in the tourist hotspot — and was seen going with Fleming to his apartment on Sept. 27, the last time he was seen alive.
Ortiz was seen leaving his apartment a few hours later, with police posting photos of her in a bra and cutoff jeans as she walked away with a woman wearing a tight, midriff-baring pink dress.
Police now believe she beat Fleming, the former vice president of a Los Angeles metals company who bought the condo in March, with the glass jar of a blender.
She is also accused of stealing Fleming’s credit cards — while three $25,000 Rolex watches are still missing, according to the Tico Times.

Police previously arrested Roxana Zeledón, identifying her as the woman in pink seen walking with the suspected 𝘬iᩚller, for allegedly helping Ortiz evade capture.
The pair were traced through purchases they after the murder to Playas de Coca, Flamingo and Abangares and then the capital, San Jose, according to Teletica.

Ortiz was arrested at a property in San Felipe de Alajuelita after police received a tip-off.
