An Arizona man allegedly orchestrated a plan to have a creep sexually assault his fiancée at their home — before the fearless mother of two fought off her attacker in the driveway.
Zarian Dyer, 23, was arrested Thursday after investigators alleged he recruited 20-year-old Adrian Ayala to assault his fiancée, according to the Buckeye Police Department.
Ayala carried out the attack when he showed up at Dyer’s fiancée’s home in Buckeye — about 30 miles outside Phoenix — around 6 p.m. on Oct. 16 when she was home with her two children, police said.

The woman told police she caught a “random man” poking his head through her front door just minutes after her fiancé left to pick up groceries, according to court records obtained by the Merced Sun-Star.
Her 2-month-old son was asleep in a bedroom, and her 17-month-old daughter was standing behind her when she confronted Ayala, who allegedly asked to use her bathroom.
Ayala allegedly kicked their front door open and forced his way inside the home, where he “began to choke her by grabbing her by the neck,” she told investigators.
The struggle continued into the bathroom, where Ayala locked himself in with the woman and “began trying to undo the button on the victim’s pants but was unable to” before groping her, the Merced Sun-Star reported, citing court records.
She eventually managed to pull her attacker outside the home and into the front yard.

Home security footage obtained by AZ Family shows the victim struggling to fight off her attacker in the driveway — pushing him away, slapping him in the face and shouting at him as he leaned his weight into her.
As she fought him off, Ayala allegedly told her: “Your boyfriend told me you’d be into this,” according to the records.
The woman chased Ayala down the street while he fled the scene before police arrived.
The alleged 𝘴i𝔠ko was nabbed the following day at his Goodyear home, about 15 miles away, after which investigators made the horrifying discovery that the attack had allegedly been masterminded by the victim’s fiancé, police said.

Ayala claimed he went to the victim’s home after meeting Dyer online and entering into an agreement with him to sexually assault his unknowing fiancée.
Detectives seized Ayala’s electronic devices and uncovered communications between him and Dyer about the planned attack.
Dyer was charged with aggravated assault, 𝘴єxual 𝘢bu𝘴e, attempted 𝘴єxual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy.

Ayala was charged with kidnapping, 𝘴єxual 𝘢bu𝘴e, burglary and aggravated assault, according to court records obtained by the Merced Sun-Star.
He made his first court appearance Oct. 18.
Ayala’s attorney told the judge his client had been brought to the home by the victim’s boyfriend for a “role-play scenario,” arguing he had no intent to commit a felony and believed he had the woman’s consent, the Merced Sun-Star reported.
Ayala’s trial date has been set for April 1, 2027, records show.
It’s not known when Dyer is due to appear in court.
Investigators said it remains unclear what drove Dyer to allegedly orchestrate the attack on his fiancée.
